At BANXA growth is a given, that’s why we have an exciting new opportunity in the Digital Marketing department, we are on the hunt for our first marketing CRM Specialist. As a CRM Specialist at BANXA you will be responsible for all communications across the board, bringing demonstrated experience and a passion for technical data marketing, and a keen understanding on how to deploy content across the business to various segments. This is more than another CRM job, this is an opportunity to jump on board the BANXA spaceship, to be exposed to a thriving new industry and to make a mark on the crypto space as BANXA shoots for the stars


What You’ll Do

  • Drive the planning, execution, and optimisation for customer communication templates for email, SMS, in-app & push, working in close collaboration with our Design and Content teams
  • Implement strategies to drive the journey and behaviour of our customers to leverage engagement with our processes and products
  • You will have proven experience at building fully automated and data driven workflows
  • The ability to implement and measure A/B testing activities to constantly improve the effectiveness of our customer communication and refresh best practices
  • Own and optimise CRM strategies through collaboration with CRM Tech, Engineering and Product Management peers to deliver high-quality, intuitive features
  • Work with and support the CRM & Product team including monitoring and evaluating CRM automations and campaigns to inform data driven decisions on priorities, CRM campaign impacts and enable continuous improvement


You should apply if

  • Ideally, you will have 2-3 + years of demonstrated experience in the CRM field
  • Experience developing email, push, SMS via third party service providers (Iterable, Twilio, etc.)
  • Experience using HTML to build and personalize customer communications is a plus, deep knowledge of CRM landscape and email template editors – Klayvio ideally
  • You will have extensive experience with full lifecycle management to enhance and impact customer value
  • Proven experience in implementing complex automations and journeys
  • Experience having performed advanced segmentation for targeting and suppression for Marketing Campaigns
  • An analytical mindset and ability to extract and merge data from multiple sources, while updating data lists and tables
  • Solid hands on experience with Google Analytics, and an understanding of the ROI on the overall omni channel campaign
  • Good understanding of email IP reputation and maintenance
  • Effective time management skills & meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills


What will put you on top of our shortlist

  • You have experience in crypto companies, in fintech or payments.
  • You have an interest in digital currency and blockchain technology
  • Ideally, you will have a Degree in Marketing, with a strong focus in Data & Computing, or a Degree in Marketing, with a strong focus in Business & Tech
