About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Customer Success Manager who thrives to provide excellent, proactive partner support and engagement with a proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our global portfolio of high-growth digital asset exchanges and wallets. You have a deep understanding of B2B relationships and a great deal of interest in the technical side of integrations. You possess a natural curiosity for complex issues and don’t shy away from digging into the weeds to find the best solution for our partners with the goal to maximise the Banxa deposit volume and conversion rate in your client portfolio. You’re passionate about new tech and are great at managing internal and external stakeholders.

This role will be ideally based in our Melbourne HQ but for the right candidate this could be a remote position, as well.


What you’ll do:

  • Work independently to improve our partner’s experience and maximize utilization of our product suite and trading volumes
  • Be in charge of existing partners, oversee new features and monitor if integrations perform well
  • Manage the onboarding of new partners and set them up for long-term success
  • Oversee the new partner integrations
  • Work closely with our tech team to coordinate, prioritize and deliver improvements for customers
  • Work directly with partners to answer inquiries and address service issues in a timely manner
  • Proactively engage with partners to drive product usage
  • Thorough management and nurturing of the internal CRM
  • Leave your mark with your original ideas to accelerate Banxa’s growth



  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have a solid track record of achievement
  • You are a natural relationship builder
  • You have have an interest in digital currency and blockchain technology
  • You thrive in fast paced environments and running the extra mile is your default setting
  • You live and breathe phenomenal customer experience and strive to create extraordinary customer experiences
  • You have a basic technical understanding of APIs
  • You absolutely love to work collaboratively, to problem-solve, and to help others
  • You are a person who listens to the needs of your partners and works with them to show how our tools can help meet our partners’ goals
  • You like to think strategically about how to drive product usage within the client portfolio
  • You want to “get under the hood” to research, understand, and provide answers to partners’ product and feature questions.
