Your New Gig

As our new Growth Manager, you’ll be highly knowledgeable and passionate about all things Web3 (i.e. Centralised & Decentralised Exchanges, NFT Marketplaces, Layer 2, DeFi, Chains, Wallets etc). Ideally we’re searching for someone who is active within the community whether that’s organising meetup events, raising funding via community engagement or you may have minted and sold a bunch of NFT’s.

Leveraging on this passion as well as some proven sales experience, you’ll be comfortable in being a BANXA ambassador, reaching out to prospective partners (could be that new DeFi project or NFT marketplace you’ve been discussing on Discord/Telegram), attending live in person events (local and global) and essentially promoting our unique on-and off ramp solution.

The great thing about this role? No company is too big nor a project too small for us to partner with, as BANXA is endeavouring in building this ‘new world’ by providing the bridge for these projects ro grow.

The opportunities here are limitless, to work collaboratively with a strong element of autonomy and grow in one of the first stock exchange listed digital currency companies globally.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for new partnership prospects.
  • You are a natural networker ensuring regular engagement with sales leads, while building and maintaining close relationships and momentum with ongoing sales cycles.
  • Being on the front foot to ensure you are proactively evaluating the eligibility of prospective partners and understand the strategic objectives.
  • As a solutions driven problem solver you will work directly with partners to answer inquiries and help solve their problems.
  • Having overview of all outbound activity and responsible for the management of the internal CRM via a number of communication channels.
  • Assisting with sales support and onboarding tasks including due diligence and KYB procedures
  • Partner  with our tech and product teams to coordinate, prioritise and deliver improvements for partners.


You should apply if:

  • You are a “crypto native” who understands and is active within the crypto community, with the ability to deliver detailed, up to date insights on the crypto industry to prospective partners.
  • You will have A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar B2B role in a high volume/ fast paced organisation – i.e.  FinTech/SaaS/Payment Solutions etc
  • You are a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills with a high level of resilience and tenacity.
