Banxa is growing rapidly, we’re recognised as one of the fastest growing startups in the cryptocurrency industry, facilitating up to 20,000 orders daily and this number is only expected to get bigger!

We currently have multiple opportunities available in our Melbourne based Operations team (our largest team by headcount). Our ops team is comprised of a few different areas, our payments and fulfilment teams manage the fulfilment of customer orders and refunds. Due to increasing order volumes, we’re looking for natural born problem solvers, with great attention to detail and the knack to communicate with a variety of teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

Orders Fulfilment & Refund Management

  • Troubleshooting fulfilment and payment related issues
  • Management and processing of all the required payment refunds for all of Banxa’s payment methods
  • Management of escalations and communications with internal and external teams (operations, finance and engineering/development teams) to deliver payment and fulfilment related support
  • Execute resolutions for fulfilment

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Assist the customer experience team in providing customer support and resolving customer issues related to payments
  • Liaise with Vendors Support Team for fulfilment issues

 

Incident Logging & Reporting 

  • Logging and reporting of all fulfilment and payment related issues
  • Process improvement and documentation

 

Administration:

  • Manage all daily Cryptocurrency transfers/refunds
  • You will analyse and extract information for transactions/network fees
  • You will assist with onboarding of Liquidity Providers
  • You will assist with fulfilment/refunds reconciliation
