What will you be working with

• You further develop and maintain the firm’s crypto risk framework
• You oversee the crypto risk exposure and monitor actuals versus limits and policies
• You perform regular tests and sensitivity analysis
• You validate risk-relevant metrics and methodologies used
• You assess crypto risks for new products and services
• You prepare management and applicable regulatory reporting

Our wish list

• Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or finance or similar
• Some years of relevant experience in a Crypto financial institution and strong knowledge of financial industry processes
• Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies and related topics
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial risk policies and the regulatory framework (Basel III), particularly for Switzerland
• Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized personality with positive and entrepreneurial can-do attitude
• Hands-on programming experience in a high-level programming language
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization would be considered a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German including ability to clearly articulate complex issues
• Managerial experience and leadership skills will be considered an advantage
