What will you be working with?

• Leading, and managing the team of 17 employees to ensure the daily service delivery
• Increasing scalability and efficiency by analyzing, transforming and shaping existing processes and tools
• Improving our rock solid base to leverage future growth
• Identifying and proactively manage operational processes, in-line with policies and procedures.
• Proactively highlight and mitigate areas of risk and escalate accordingly to help to continually strengthen the risk monitoring, control and management framework
• Identify and coordinate KPI’s measures to continuously improve tools and processes in tight collaboration with other internal stakeholders
• Further development of processes and their documentation
• Manage special projects within area of responsibility
• Continuous development of policies and work instructions
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile? 

• Master’s/Bachelor degree in business administration/financial field or equivalent education
• Proven and solid track record in change management
• 10 years’ working experience in operation in a bank
• Strong analytical and project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
• Experience with process automation and data-driven processes is a must
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized personality with hands-on mentality and highest integrity
• Excellent command of the German and English language, both written and spoken
