Internship Reception (6 months)

What will you be working with?

Serving incoming phone calls in multiple languages (English / German)
Handling of switchboard and coordination with relevant involved parties
Taking care of and establishing a professional and accurate overall impression of the reception area at all times
Helping the front-desk receptionists with various tasks
Supporting different departments in their daily work
Housekeeping tasks and everyday office errands

Highschool, apprenticeship or equivalent education
Very good communication skills in English and German
MS-Office user knowledge
Dedicated and reliable nature with high sense of team spirit
Willing to learn and working independently
