We are looking for a skilled and motivated leader to develop and manage a team that is responsible for the oversite of our most valued individual and institutional customers. In this role you will help facilitate and expand the adoption of digital assets while providing world class service. You will work closely with customer support, product, legal, finance and compliance. You will play a critical role in growing the success of our customers and the Account Management team.

 

Job Duties

  • Use mathematical modeling techniques including Linear Optimization, Non-linear Optimization, Simulation and Sensitivity Analyses, Machine Learning Techniques including Regression and Random Forest, and R programming to assist management in critical business decisions related to optimum budgeting, marketing programs, finance portfolio selection and product feature prioritization.
  • Write SQL queries and design Online Analytical Processing Data Models that serve as a platform to support reporting and business intelligence for the Product, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance Teams across the organization.
  • Create advanced analytics reports and dashboards through Linear/Logistic Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees and Random Forest that provide key data metrics related to consumer behavior, marketing performance and company financials.
  • Create large scale data management processes for periodic updating of data tables populated through existing data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Assist cross-functional stakeholders by extracting insights from data tables using SQL and R programming, performing basic and advanced visualizations/analysis of the data using Scatterplots, Box Whisker Plots, Outlier Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, and/or A/B Testing.
  • Available to telecommute from undetermined location(s).
  • Position may include additional duties that use the required skills.

 

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
  • Three years of experience working in data analytics.
  • Two years of experience using mathematical modeling techniques including Linear Optimization, Non-linear Optimization, Simulation and Sensitivity Analyses, Machine Learning Techniques including Regression and Random Forest, and R programming to assist management in critical business decisions related to optimum budgeting for marketing programs, finance portfolio selection and product feature prioritization.
  • Two years of experience writing SQL queries and designing Online Analytical Processing Data Models that serve as a platform to support reporting and business intelligence for the Product, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance Teams across the organization.
  • Two years of experience utilizing R and Python programming, and Power BI/Tableau and Excel to create advanced analytics reports and dashboards through Linear/Logistic Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees and Random Forest that provide key data metrics related to consumer behavior, marketing performance and company financials.
  • Two years of experience creating large scale data management processes for periodic updating of data tables populated through existing data pipelines built through Python/SQL and/or Airflow/Unix and ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Two years of experience assisting cross-functional stakeholders by extracting insights from data tables using SQL and R programming, performing basic and advanced visualizations/analysis of the data using Scatterplots, Box Whisker Plots, Outlier Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, and/or A/B Testing.

Experience may be gained concurrently.

Must have legal authority to work in the United States.
