Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time on-site programme associate for our blockchain incubator in London. The successful candidate will work closely with our programme director to support the delivery of our incubation programme and provide assistance to our cohort of blockchain-based startups. We want someone not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty! You will be working closely with the Programme Director, our cohort of Founders and the associate team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the programme director with the planning and delivery of incubation programme activities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events for the programme
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining programme documentation and managing programme-related communications
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation of programme outcomes and impact
- Foster positive relationships with programme stakeholders, including startups, mentors, and investors
- Provide weekly progress reports to the managing team
- Assist with the coordination of programme-related marketing and communications activities
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and the startup ecosystem is a plus
- Relevant work experience, preferably in a startup, incubator, or accelerator environment is a plus
Salary:
£18,000 p/a
