The Opportunity:

Sr Sales Development Representative Buzzcast seeks a hard-working, driven, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual to be our founding Senior Sales Development Representative. You’ll work directly with our executive/founding team on a daily basis to critically impact our organization and grow our revenue. You’ll sell to world-class enterprises, identifying opportunities and supporting their large-scale virtual events. As an early member of our sales team, you will help scope and execute our prospecting process, and as a result, there are significant opportunities for growth and promotion.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating sales pipeline using demand generation and prospecting tools.
  • Exploring, identifying and/or generating new business opportunities through professional networking, cold outreach, and/or buying centers.
  • Quickly developing rapport with new customers.
  • Researching and presenting business intelligence on customers and prospects About You You identify as entrepreneurial and are excited to impact a growing startup. You think strategically, want to build as much as sell, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done!
  • 2+ years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in sales or SDR role – History of exceeding quota/metrics – Strong understanding of multi-channel prospecting and cold calling.
  • Creative/resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Self-starter and independent worker; motivated to succeed.
  • A team player; strong desire to build foundational processes.
  • High-energy and contagious optimism.
  • Solid listening skills, fast learner, and good influencer.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Early-stage startup experience (preferred).
