  • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Experience in working in an agile environment
  • Ability to give and receive feedback
  • Experience in working with a software development team as Project Manager, Team Leader, Scrum Master or similar
  • Knowledge of project management tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in a software house
  • Ability to manage stakeholders – communication, building relationships
  • Knowledge of Slack, Clickup, Jira


  • Running projects from start to finish
  • Effectively conducting meetings (facilitation) – communication skills and tools for working at meetings
  • Supporting team self-organization
  • Implementing and maintaining Scrum in teams
  • Controlling budgets in the project
