About the job
Our continuously growing CoinGate family is looking for a new super star to lead the Sales team! As a Head of Sales you will be responsible for the whole Sales team and will be working hand-in-hand with the business development, marketing and product departments.
What you will do:
- Achieve growth and hit outbound and inbound sales targets by successfully managing SDR and Account management team.
- Coach and motivate team members, guide them through the sales process.
- Participate in the recruiting, onboarding, and coaching of new SDR.
- Manage team performance by setting personal KPIs.
- Grow and improve high-velocity sales operations to be predictable, scalable & repeatable process.
- Work closely with business development, product and marketing teams to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data.
- Participate in developing sales strategies and OKRs.
- Drive sales by leading and contributing to team projects.
- Deliver sales activity reports and sales forecasts.
What we expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or client management role selling B2B IT solutions or SaaS.
- Understanding of the financial technologies sector.
- Previous team management experience in sales or account management.
- Experience in working with various sales outreach tools (lemlist, mix max, etc.).
- Experience in working with lead generation various tools (hunter, Clearbit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Proven track of records in outbound sales as well as account management upsell.
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.
