Coinify is currently looking for a Sales Manager in our payment team. The right candidate will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicating with customers from the first interaction through to the close.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Generate qualified leads to pipeline.
  • Initiate sales conversations with relevant leads.
  • Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
  • Document the sales cycle in Pipedrive and similar sales systems.
  • Respond to customer requests for information and tenders.
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
  • Execute policies to ensure compliance with Coinify’s high compliance and vetting standards.
  • Strong hunter / new business development skills.


Your qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience from B2B sales.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Establish and maintain effective connections with key accounts and other strategically significant clients at all levels.
  • Creating and executing a sales and marketing plan to achieve profitable growth and outperform the competition.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A creative mind with well-developed ideas and the ability to communicate them.
  • Flexible with work schedule, professional and punctual.
  • Knowledge of the crypto industry is not a prerequisite but an interest is good to have.
  • Great listener, a quick thinker.
  • The ability to work independently and as a team associate.
  • Negotiation & International experience is a plus.
