Role and Responsibilities

The Director of Business Intelligence will be responsible for all customer facing reporting and dashboards. Help guide the development of the reporting platform by proving recommendations for new data sets, dashboards, and insights.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Development and review of Tableau content
• Manage reporting team and responsibilities
• Interact directly with customers and ensure their analytic and reporting needs are met
• Act as the Reporting face of the company
• Assist in the mentoring and training of other team members
• Assist in Tableau reviews
• Participate in meetings involving Synerio customers when necessary
• Other miscellaneous duties identified by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Requires 5+ years of experience specified in Core Skills
• Work in a team environment to coordinate, organize and track multiple tasks effectively and meet project deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff of varying technical expertise

Preferred Skills

• Usage of recent versions of Hevo, Snowflake, and other cloud-data platforms
• Tableau administration experience
• Working with vendor tools to manage and visualize data
• Hands on knowledge of SQL
