  • Support our Sales and product teams to accelerate the finding, winning and keeping of customers
  • Improve our current efforts to transform our marketing activities into a true revenue driving function
  • Optimise marketing planning and execution against clearly defined goals and objectives
  • Ensure our product suite is effectively presented to both current and prospective clients
  • Devise, launch and manage pro-active lead generation campaigns across a range of target audiences
  • Provide strategic input and marketing executional support into our developing Partnership channels
  • Support kompany’s expansion into new geographic markets
  • Events planning and management
  • Enhance our business intelligence including market opportunity, competitor intelligence and enhanced customer insights



  • A B2B marketing all-rounder, familiar with the full range of latest go-to-market techniques
  • An ability to drive improvements throughout the entire client lifecycle, from customer acquisition to retention
  • A thorough understanding of partnership marketing
  • Fully digitally savvy, and able to optimise web-based marketing activities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities to tight deadlines
  • A team player, able to work effectively with different functions
  • An understanding of how to measure marketing effectiveness and performance
  • Able to manage external support agencies
  • Fluent in German and English


Desired Experience:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role
  • Proven record of improving a strong B2B marketing function, possibly within a start or scale-up environment
  • Ideally familiar with the worlds of RegTech and FinTech
