We are looking for a passionate and hard-working individual with experience in Events/Project Management who is looking to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the Brand Manager within the commercial side of the agency, the Customer Success Executive’s role is to liaise with external clients to collect collateral, ensure effective coordination across departments and ensure implementation of all contracts, as well as the execution of advertising and sponsorship contracts.

Operating in the blockchain sector, this role offers an incredible opportunity to develop the best processes to implement and win contracts and build relationships within a business sector that is growing significantly.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries from clients and be the main point of contact
  • Proactively and reactively engaging with our customers throughout their relationship with us to drive excellent customer experience and satisfaction
  • Take an interest in customer businesses, needs, and branding
  • Leverage the technology we have in place to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout a contract
  • Drive retention and growth among our customers by ensuring customer risks and opportunities are acted on in a timely fashion
  • Position yourself as the expert on our products and services by providing insights and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with other internal teams to get the best outcome for our clients
  • Solving problems for our customers, helping them achieve their goals
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager, helping to support and develop reporting functions for major clients

 

Role Requirements:

  • Ability to manage own time, prioritising tasks in order of importance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales software (e.g. Sales Force)
  • Previous IT Sales/Sales Support experience essential
  • 2+ years experience in Sales Support
  • Proficient in using web analytics software
  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment
