Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Determine internal and external clientele’s technical needs and desires by specifying the research needed for product build
• Translate business strategy into product and technical strategy
• Execute outlined product strategy with detailed oriented monitoring while maintaining delivery timelines
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the value each project will bring to the business and help prioritizing projects accordingly.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Manage and monitor tasks, deliverables and timelines of product development
• Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure accurate product requirements documents and definitions are created, understood, and signed off by the relevant stakeholders
• Work with management, stakeholders, and product development team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of web products
• Manage and monitor processes and procedures to ensure efficiency of communication and effort between the PMO, Product Development Team and other relevant departments
• Provide recommendations on technical decisions when creating business cases for product development
• Identify opportunities for increased automation and efficiency through technical solutions.
• Conduct regular product and project status communications and report

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of web development processes and SDLC frameworks
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• A thorough understanding of change management, business process management, and project management
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 5 years or more experience in working with software/web development teams
• 5 years or more experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Software Developer
• Experience with working on and strong understanding of LAMP stack/ Node/ JS framework applications
• Experience with various delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, etc.
• Experience with project and product tracking software and other collaboration tools
• Proven track record of leading and supporting successful products and projects in a diverse multicultural organization
• Willing to participate in meetings and commitments during late afternoons and evenings in SEA timezone
