We are seeking a self-confident, enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our growing sales team, this individual will have a client facing attitude and be able to develop potential business leads.


We expect you to


  • Work closely with the Innovation and Partnership Lead to identify the next ‘big opportunity’ for the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team to actively propose market insights and identify business opportunities to support the business case.
  • Attend workshops, roundtables and events to validate assumptions on the potential value proposition.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the product development and design with the product team in gathering market intelligence, industry trends and pain points to develop our next potential solution.
  • Map the ecosystem and identify business opportunities and associated route-to-market for potential solutions.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, sales targets and KPIs and iterate the business case during the development of the solution.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Events, Marketing and Communication team to build a compelling Lead Generation strategy and networking opportunities including conferences and industry events.
  • Identify prospects and associated route-to-market.
  • Lead Qualification and Engagement process in full autonomy with the support of the Business Analyst team.
  • Keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems.
  • Remaining in tune with market trends to ensure that our products and services remain relevant.
  • Liaising with B2B and B2C clients to identify and define project requirements.
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise during and after project implementation.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.



  • Develop commercial and strategic partnerships to support the deployment potential solutions into the market for our key verticals and territories.
  • Develop the commercial sales plans, looking at scaling into new territories ensuring that we have sustainable, robust and agile partnership and sales models to support our growth ambitions.
  • Identify new potential integration and delivery partners across our key industries and markets for our potential new solutions.
  • Work with the commercial team to ensure we structure and negotiate commercial deals to maximise our revenue opportunities.
  • Take the lead on managing strategic client relationships ensuring that the leadership team are kept informed of market opportunities and business development.


We are looking for


  • Minimum 5 year experience in a innovation and/or sales role focusing on new product development.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Highly effective written presentation and closing skills.
  • Interest or background in technology.
  • Proven ability to develop and deepen direct relationships with customers.
