We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join the nChain team based in London, who will be at the heart of office excellence and employee well-being. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact and play a pivotal part in the office culture, nChain is the place for you!

With a stunning office in central London (2 min from Oxford Circus tube station) we are looking for a superb Office Coordinator to come in and help run the office and support with Operations, Events and more.

They will manage and assist with all areas needed – coordinating events, meeting & greeting visitors, liaising with suppliers/contractors/cleaners, managing meeting spaces, and more!

The perfect role for someone who, who is hands-on, willing and dedicated to delivering excellent service to our people, clients and visitors.

The office Coordinator will act as a hub of communication for the team, looking after the office facilities, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and contributing to a healthy, engaging, and professional work environment.



  • Office organisation: Organise the office and maintain the level of supplies and ensure that the office runs smoothly. Maintaining a clean and organised office appearance whilst establishing and enforcing office policies and developing quality control procedures.
  • Interacting with clients and visitors: Essential that visitors to the office are well-welcomed from the moment they enter the office until they leave. They must be greeted in a professional and friendly manner and directed to the appropriate team member.
  • Coordinating: Organising the food and drink for the office weekly, and for engagement events as necessary.
  • Employee Engagement: As an office coordinator it is your responsibility to make sure that everyone feels like a valued member of the company by boosting company morale and engaging with staff. This includes celebrating Birthdays, work anniversaries, company updates, and office social events.
  • Event management: plan and organise internal social activities; assist with regular company events e.g., Halloween, annual Christmas gatherings and other socials.



  • Demonstrated experience as an Office Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and improving Office processes.
  • Experience working with global teams and visitors.
  • Good knowledge of the general Office’s best practices, health & safety, and visitor policy.
