We are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer for the Corporate M&A area in our Madrid office:

Its functions will be:

• Participation in M&A operations (preparation of due diligence reports, purchase and sale contracts, partner agreements, investment agreements).
• Participation in corporate operations (capital increases/reductions, mergers, spin-offs, segregations…etc).
• Drafting, review and/or negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Secretary of companies: drafting/review of minutes, certifications, calls for general meetings and boards of directors.

Requirements:

• Degree or degree in Law. collegiate
• Minimum experience of one (1) or two (2) years in similar positions in national or international firms.
• A high level of English is essential. Knowledge of other languages ​​will be valued.
• Social and communication skills.
• Sales vision.
