Your Mission

• Product
  • In partnership with the product team, this role will:
    • Support the development of the Unikrn platforms as it relates to the user experience and marketing / brand.
    • Collaborate with the product team to identify short / long term adjustments to the desktop and mobile versions of the platform.
    • Ensure integration of brand guidelines throughout the Unikrn platform.
    • Play a strategic role in the innovation and future evolution of the product suite.
• Publisher / Merchant Partnerships
  • Work with the publisher team to support new business discussions from a sponsorship and/or business perspective.
  • Partner with the CRM team to develop, manage and evolve the customer retention strategy as well as how the CMR team can leverage sponsorship and/or merchant partners assets.
  • Build strategic partnerships with merchant partners to integrate into the customer retention strategy.
• Sponsorship
  • This role will be responsible for overseeing Unikrn’s strategic sponsorship vision.
  • Lead the sponsorship team and provide oversight to daily needs that include sponsorship evaluations, deal negotiations and contract reviews for new partnerships and renewals.
  • Drive organization alignment to support the team’s sponsorship marketing plans.
  • Lead management, activation and briefing processes across multiple agency teams across all relevant agency disciplines.
  • Proficient in partnership measurement and asset valuation to measure success of program and partner execution.
  • Strength in budget management and the necessary decisiveness to prioritize investments.

• Executive presence and experience in delivering recommendations to senior level executives; effective communicator at all levels of organizations, and comfortable with press and industry communication.
• Possesses a balance of conviction to drive change with breakthrough collaboration and influencer management capabilities
• Significant experience and connection to the gaming / esports / youth culture industries, working with numerous stakeholders from publishers, properties and/or talent management.
• Exceptional people leadership skills and experience, overseeing a cross-functional team, with a consistent history of cultivating and developing high performing teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills – strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills are a must.
• Collaboration with colleagues across all lines of business to identify and develop unique strategic programs to deliver against business objectives.
• All around strategic thinker who is well-versed in culture, analytics, consumer insights and employs a customer first mindset to all experiential plans and activations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple programs concurrently.
• High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Travel required (~20%) to execute onsite programs and nurture partnerships.
