Your mission

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the recruitment process and hiring pipeline end-to-end
  • Provide an all-star candidate recruiting and onboarding process for all candidates
  • Manage the inter-department communication regarding candidates and job descriptions
  • Identify best practices to find Top Talent
  • Maintain and ensure correct data entries in applicant tracking systems and reports
  • Track the return of documents and process related follow-ups
  • Be up-to-date on the hiring market when it comes to platforms and new approaches
  • Confidentially liase with recruiting agencies and approach candidates directly
  • Take ownership of tasks as part of the build-up phase of the international talent acquisition

 

Your profile

Key Skills Required

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience on the international market
  • You combine your skills with an exceptional inter-personal mindset
  • You have a demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and manage a large and diverse requisition load in a dynamic work environment
  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • In the past years, you gained detailed knowledge of the European talent market
  • You have deep knowledge of how recruiting and applicant tracking systems like Eploy and Linkedin Recruiter work
  • You are a highly energetic go-getter & self-starter and are willing to take ownership and hold yourself and your colleagues accountable
