Job purpose

Your job is to find, connect with and qualify potential clients for ZumoKit’s suite of Crypto-as-a-Service solutions.

You keep the top of the funnel filled with exciting and interested prospects for our Sales Managers to close.


Reporting line

You will report into the Commercial Director/MD of ZumoKit/CCO.

You will have regular communication and support from the marketing team who are there to help you generate more leads. You will communicate regularly with the Sales Manager to ensure our qualification criteria is hitting the mark and that we’re going after the best possible prospects. You’re a key function of the entire sales process.

To begin with, you will be the only Inside Sales Executive. The team plans to grow rapidly over the coming 12 months.



£25k – £35k

£31k – £41k OTE


Key duties/responsibilities

  1. Convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads. Develop and implement strategies (online, on the phone, at events) that bring out the immediate prospects. Nurture those that are longer term prospects. Disqualify those that are not prospects.
  2. As well as working on ways to converts Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads you will be expected to source your own Sales Qualified Leads through direct methods.
  3. Document all relevant information and, when fully qualified, pass on to the Sales Management team.
  4. Discuss with the marketing team what is working, where to target next and how to qualify leads sooner.
  5. Discuss with the Sales Management team to ensure they are happy customers. Are the leads qualified enough? What more could Inside Sales do?
  6. Listen to prospects who are saying no and aim to learn what they are looking for if we don’t offer it. They’re looking for something in our space, what is it?!
  7. Attend conferences, network and staff exhibition stands as required.
  8. Keep thinking of ways to find and communicate with our customers.


Key competencies/experience/attributes/motivators

Must have:

  • proven success and enjoyment of thinking creatively to solve problems, develop plans with colleagues and execute on the plan to achieve goals
  • ability to build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, colleagues and managers
  • great oral and written communication skills
  • a strong drive to succeed and contribute to the success of your team and a growing business
  • tenacity to push through prospect knock backs



  • experience in inside sales or sales support functions
  • experience within finance and/or software sales
  • experience with crypto
  • experience of working with pipeline/sales life cycle systems
